Dealing with people made me learn that nothing is right or wrong, everything has a context, a scenario, experiences, it always depends on how people react with this whole arsenal. This is the point. How do we react? How do we reframe what we spent years believing was right and what stopped us? How do we change such deep-rooted behaviors and feelings? And from this great metamorphosis that I lived and that I helped to create in other people, I was inspired to write about a look of complicity for life and for change... and so the inspirations of these processes become texts and poems, chronicles and thoughts... .sometimes they become a joke because life is like that, full! Full of emotions! Come and enjoy with me.

The Coaching process can be online or in person, serving: Family in various cycles, especially in the phase with teenagers and young people in the process of entering the labor market with the programs mentioned above: PARENT, TEEN and VOCATIONAL.  

The process consists of weekly sessions lasting from 1 to 1:30 hours.  The process varies between 8 and 12 sessions depending on your need and we always do an initial session to understand where I can help the client.  

Coaching is a process for functional people who want to resolve issues related to their emotional, professional and relationship development. A process that has a beginning, middle and end and that gives you tools to use throughout your life. The SUCCESS of the process depends on how much you enter and take responsibility for taking action to effect the changes. In this process I enter with the conduct and the partnership, confidentiality and an arsenal of techniques and tools so that you can reach all the goals that we come to establish together. A space for group experiences for parents, teenagers and young women, where each group experiences new possibilities and opens to a new, flourishing phase.

The experiences can range from a simple lecture with interaction to an individual dive into the group's pain where we can establish a moment of rescue and care for our beliefs, our injured children, our fears. They are also creative spaces to promote education, potentialize talents and experiences and exchange impressions.

The space will be fully operational with the needs of our audience: Families, mothers, fathers, caregivers, teachers, children, teenagers and young people.
