How the Vocational Coaching Method
does it transform the lives of young people?
The DO MY FUTURO CUIDO EU project aims to bring questioning and reflection, so that young people can assess their role in the various groups they are part of (family, friendship, leisure, sports, religious, etc.). The entire process has the ethical commitment to always encourage responsibility and autonomy in the possible choices that the young person may make, electing respect as a primary factor as a way of
application of the tools.

Based on the results of the MY FUTURE CUIDO EU PROJECT, the average of young people for the question of ability to recognize talents and abilities and make choices rose from 3.73 to 8.97 (on a scale of 0 to 10), an increase of 220%. 91.9% of participating students
attest that the vocational coaching process was very decisive for the increase in the perception of life and clarity in the choice of profession. 100% of participating students believe that the
process had practical application in life.
Vocational Coaching Objectives
The proposal is to bring advanced coaching techniques to schools and communities, in a fully structured and scientifically proven process, which will help young people to identify and map talents to, from this discovery, explore a universe of possibilities until they find their way professional.
The project also involves parents, bringing information so that they can be pillars of support for their children.

The project will be based on the Practical Guide: DO MY FUTURE I CARE EU. At each meeting we will deal with a theme related to the topics below. The young person will also leave with tasks to practice throughout the week (TO DO).
