Who am I?
Tilo's wife, mother of Marina and Vini who are 10 years apart, which made me love every phase of life.
I have been a coach for over 10 years by the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching and Specialist in parental coaching, by Parent Coaching Brasil.
Master's student in Coaching here in the United States, applying all knowledge of People Management, Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology and Neurosciences.
Volunteer in several projects in Brazil to develop young people in their communities and use the experience of 18 years of training and people development to change lives.

An eternal student and restless with the world, I believe that my mission on this Earth is to lead people to develop so that they can live their best version.
Through Coaching, I have led people who were in empty scenarios to fill themselves with what is inside of themselves.
That's me and I'm ready to embark on this “journey” with you.
Vision
The Vision I had of life was always to pursue a journey with purpose. The paths of this journey were consolidated through the opportunities I had to teach, train, promote, relocate and transform people's lives.
In this way, I managed to satisfy my vision of a valid legacy that living is worth living when the return is a transformation.
